The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Energy. In this role, you will be responsible for sales activities in various sectors including Industries, Infrastructures, Water, Oil & Gas.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with client representatives who influence purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate sales and develop terms in agreement with customer needs, ensuring a solid understanding of our complete product/system offerings.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and maintain communication regarding delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and implement sales plans, conduct regular status reviews, and propose recovery plans if necessary.
  • Cooperate with the Tendering/Sales Support team and ensure all offers meet the technical and financial requirements.
  • Achieve the assigned sales budget while engaging in efficient marketing activities.
  • Comply with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines while promoting Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity.

Your Background
  • A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales engineering.
  • Good knowledge of SFDC and sales tools.
  • Familiarity with Transformers, HV Products & Capacitor Banks.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (both spoken & written).

  • Monitor compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Liaise with auditors and the head office finance team during audits and reviews.
