Achieving sales goals approved by management by attracting customers, understanding their needs, providing appropriate solutions, and closing deals in a way that ensures profitability and the sustainability of the relationship with the client. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Searching for potential clients and building an updated database. - Communicating with clients (via phone, in-person, electronically) and clearly and professionally explaining products/services. - Preparing price offers and following up on approvals until the sale is closed. - Achieving the minimum approved profit margin and not going below it. - Updating customer and deal information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Coordinating with the collections and customer service departments to ensure a complete customer experience. - Following up after the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Preparing periodic reports on performance and achieved sales.
