Business Development Executive/ Specialist

About the Role

Solve IT Consultant is seeking a Business Development Executive/Specialist to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on driving new customer acquisition across Saudi Arabia, specifically targeting and securing new shipper accounts. The position is an individual contributor role, requiring a hands-on approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new shipper accounts across Saudi Arabia.
• Open new market segments and lanes to expand business opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue and volume growth in KSA.
• Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential clients.
• Pitch services and solutions to prospective customers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals independently.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline from end to end.

Performance Objectives (First 6-12 Months)

• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new-business revenue, margin, and load.
• Develop a qualified and forecastable KSA pipeline with a predictable conversion rate.
• Successfully close and onboard a defined number of new client logos.
• Establish at least one new market segment or lane.
• Ensure smooth handovers to Key Account Management (KAM), resulting in account retention and growth beyond the initial quarter.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Proven track record of new customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role operates as an individual contributor, focusing on direct sales and business growth initiatives within the Saudi Arabian market.
