Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager at Fresha, you will be instrumental in our exciting growth plans. You will report directly to the Head of Sales (GCC) and will focus solely on bringing in new business development. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys challenge, and wants to make a significant impact.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Achieving sales targets consistently.
  • Outreach to key decision-makers through calls, emails, and social touches to bring in new business.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis for aligning our solutions with partners’ goals.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Providing feedback about ongoing market trends.

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience.
  • Desirable experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and organization.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
