In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Middle East Regional Manager and play a key role in developing and expanding our client portfolio in Saudi Arabia. Your focus will be on proposing our IOTA services and implementing effective sales strategies aimed at fostering sustainable financial growth through enhanced sales and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities within the technical consulting and manpower services industry. Formulate strategies to strengthen our market presence while considering competitive dynamics.
  • Business Development: Propel business growth by establishing relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations for contracts and partnerships.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and solutions provided effectively.
  • Financial Management: Oversee Profit and Loss responsibilities, manage budget plans, and monitor financial performance to meet revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead your team towards achieving common objectives and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in Engineering or in Marketing & Sales

Experience Required:
  • Proven success in business development with at least 5 years of international experience in technical consulting or manpower services.
  • Experience in the Middle East is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic and French is a plus.

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
