Join Alwathna Enterprises as a Business Development Manager in Dammam, Saudi Arabia!
We are seeking a proactive individual to spearhead our construction business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate opportunities with real estate developers, consultants, and government entities.
  • Track tenders on Etimad; handle PQ, RFIs/RFQs, and bid submissions.
  • Coordinate with Tendering & Estimation teams and manage commercial proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants to secure a spot on approved bidders’ lists.
  • Meet targets for pipeline value, bid submissions, and awards.
  • Negotiate contracts and deals effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies for business growth, including new product or service offerings.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities, understand client needs, and analyze market tenders.
  • Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Contact potential clients to establish business relationships and arrange meetings.

Qualifications:
  • 5 – 10 years of BD experience in KSA contracting/construction.
  • Proven project awards track record (provide at least 3 awarded projects and your role).
  • Strong network with owners, developers, and consultants.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • KSA driving license; willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
