About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to help expand our market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Leveraging your existing network in the restaurant sector to generate and close new business opportunities.
  • Onboarding new restaurant partners to our platform.
  • Sourcing leads, scheduling meetings, and managing the sales cycle from initial outreach to operational launch.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with restaurant staff and decision-makers.
  • Analyzing sales performance data to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborating with the onboarding team for a seamless partner experience.
  • Driving platform adoption and identifying growth opportunities for new features.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A relevant business degree.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience in sales, particularly within payment terminals and the F&B sectors.
  • A strong network of decision-makers in hospitality.
  • Experience in C-level sales and strategic partnerships.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
