About the Recruitment Drive

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and adherence to all legal requirements for assigned flights.
  • Attend briefings to acknowledge flight details, understand role distribution, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.
  • Instruct passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Identify safety and security risks and collaborate with the Cabin Supervisor to implement remedial actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Administer first aid to passengers when necessary.
  • Promptly inform the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions.
  • Welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and enter necessary data into the aircraft logbook as per airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures.
  • Provide consistently excellent customer service to passengers, attending to their individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
  • Identify and assist passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with the Operations Manual and relevant instructions.
  • Contribute to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Ensure the proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received from individual sales and donations.
  • Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment are available prior to take-off, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain.
  • Assist in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned during transit and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before flights.
  • Ensure orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
  • Conduct post-flight briefings and assessment reports as per adopted policies and procedures, providing objective evaluations and reporting any problems or discrepancies.
  • Account to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and perform the duties of 'Cabin Supervisor' when designated by the Captain.
  • Maintain necessary professional and safety knowledge and competitiveness by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops, ensuring current licensing.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male).
  • Weight must be in proportion to age and height.
  • Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
  • Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
  • Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
  • Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
  • Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value.
  • Fit to fly with good general health, and no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
  • Presentable, friendly, and demonstrating a cheerful and positive attitude, even under stress.
  • Customer service oriented, capable of understanding and attending to customers' needs and requests.
  • Capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers without compromising the corporate image.
  • Focused, capable of identifying irregularities and handling threats and emergencies with efficiency and commitment to successful results.
