Join ChampionX as a Customer Service Representative!

ChampionX has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, coordinate logistics activities, and ensure timely order processing. Your strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills will be key to your success.

What You Will Do:
  • Follow safety policies and support a culture of safety.
  • Enter customer orders accurately and provide timely confirmation to customers.
  • Monitor open purchase and sales orders daily for timely processing.
  • Liaise with the Credit team to resolve credit and delivery holds.
  • Improve service levels by ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records for audit purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2 years of experience in similar industrial fields.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
