Exciting job opportunity as a data entry clerk at Zimo Trading.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The data entry clerk's role includes performing the following tasks:

Issuing delivery memos and invoices accurately and according to approved policies.
Issuing credits and notifications.
Receiving and uploading delivery memos and invoices to the company's accounting system.
Filling out and updating Excel forms required by the company management.
Organizing and archiving documents and invoices electronically and in paper form.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure data accuracy and follow up on financial transactions.
Complying with company policies on data confidentiality and work accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

The applicant must be a Saudi national.
Previous experience in data entry.
Good knowledge of accounting systems like Oracle.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
