About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Technician – Heat Treatment to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports heat treatment operations on gas turbine components. The role is integral to driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and enhancing process flow and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heat treatment operations strictly in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, and engineering requirements.
• Read and interpret work instructions and quality forms to ensure accurate execution of heat treatment processes.
• Record and maintain accurate process and measurement data as required by operational procedures.
• Safely and effectively operate and utilize heat treatment equipment, including furnaces, fixtures, thermocouples, and associated hand tools.
• Conduct inspections of parts both before and after heat treatment processes to verify conformance to quality requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.

This role supports the administration of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of materials and cargo within the company's global freight forwarding services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration of warehouse and manual handling plans and processes for distribution facilities.
• Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing materials, cargo, parts, products, supplies, and equipment according to defined schedules, established procedures, and regulations.
• Verify and endorse the accurate receipt and issue of cargo against relevant documents.
• Load and unload materials onto or off pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand, ensuring cargo is stored in its allocated positions.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

As an Associate Production Specialist, you will be involved in various stages of the production process, including operating equipment for preparation (mixing), filling, packaging, and tote washing. • Review preparing (mixing), filling, and packaging instructions at the start of production runs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Verify the availability of correct raw and packaging materials for production runs.

• Adjust equipment to control weight, closures, or other parameters as required by product specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• One year of experience in a chemical plant or warehouse environment.
• Basic English language proficiency, including reading and writing.
• Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals.
• Valid Forklift Driving license.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical examination.
