About the Role

You will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive functional audit plans aligned with our strategic priorities. Your expertise will ensure that we maintain effective control over our operations and continuously improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit Planning and Risk Assessment: Develop comprehensive audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure audit coverage responds to emerging risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain insights into business processes and build strong relationships with business units.
  • Audit Execution: Conduct audits adhering to industry standards, evaluate functional controls, and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Reporting: Document audit findings and prepare impactful reports for management, ensuring communication of results is timely.
  • Risk Monitoring: Assist in identifying emerging risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Communication: Maintain regular updates on audit progress and follow up on recommendations.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Valid Professional Certifications are preferred.

1. Job Purpose (Role Summary)
The Sales Engineer – B2B is responsible for driving revenue growth through project-based and account-based sales of Adwaa Factory’s electrical products across Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical expertise, consultative selling, and relationship management to secure business from clients, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors, while ensuring alignment with company profitability, compliance, and delivery standards.

2. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify, develop, and close B2B sales opportunities in the electrical products segment. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across projects, key accounts, and strategic customers. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (value, margin, and volume). Expand market presence by penetrating new accounts, projects, and sectors.
  • Client, Consultant & Project Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to end clients/developers, electrical contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants. Present Adwaa Factory’s product portfolio and technical capabilities. Influence specifications and approvals during design, tender, and execution stages.
  • Technical & Commercial Support: Submit technical submittals and develop commercial quotations aligned with client requirements. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Contract Closure: Lead negotiations within approved authority limits. Ensure contracts meet profitability and risk standards.
  • Internal Coordination & Delivery Support: Liaise with engineering, technical teams, production & logistics, finance & credit control to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor competitor offerings and market trends. Submit reports and recommend strategies for market penetration.
