Join our team as a Machine Senior Operator!
At NAPCO, we are looking for a dedicated individual to work in our Dammam facility and oversee the operation and maintenance of our machinery. This role is crucial in ensuring our production line runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and operate machinery to check and load various Raw Materials (RM) and Operating Raw Materials (ORM).
  • Prepare pallets and packing materials as required.
  • Handle the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing, and transferring of finished rolls.
  • Report any quality defects to Quality Control (QC), Team Leader, Lead Operator, and Operator.
  • Provide assistance to Team Leader and Lead Operator as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure proper disposal of generated waste.
  • Help the operator achieve key performance indicators (KPI) using effective communication skills in English.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a completion of Machine Operator diploma or have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, is essential. Please note that a health check proposal must be cleared by HSE before hiring.
