Job Overview:
The Machine Operator is responsible for running the process line and equipment efficiently to achieve production targets while minimizing waste. This position requires a focus on quality, safety, and maintaining equipment while also managing a team of process workers.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment to convert raw materials into final products
  • Monitor production line efficiency and conduct regular quality checks
  • Manage process workers, ensuring effective use of breaks and cleanliness during transitions
  • Report health hazards and maintenance needs promptly to management
  • Prepare and submit daily performance and material usage reports

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of industrial training institute (ITI) graduate
  • At least two years of experience in a manufacturing processing environment (may be waived for tertiary education)
  • Basic communication skills and a good working attitude
