Join our team as a Machine Operator for Heavy Machines!
At xcmg, we are looking for skilled operators who can efficiently handle a variety of heavy machinery including cranes, excavators, and loaders. This role is vital for maintaining smooth operations on our construction sites and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crane Operation & Safety:
    • Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently based on job requirements.
    • Ensure proper rigging and load stability before lifting operations.
    • Follow all safety guidelines and lifting procedures as per SASO and company policies.
  • Inspection & Maintenance:
    • Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of the machinery.
    • Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical faults.
  • Coordination & Communication:
    • Work closely with riggers and ground personnel for safe operations.
    • Use appropriate communication tools to coordinate load movements.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of operations, inspections, and maintenance.
    • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum education of High School or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
Location: Primary location in Dammam, with flexibility to work in other cities if required.
