Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules utilizing Primavera (P6).
  • Track progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and contractor teams.
  • Present schedule updates and maintenance reports to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling practices.
  • Proficient in Primavera (P6).
  • 6+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, particularly in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure projects.
  • Relevant background in scheduling and planning for large-to-mega projects.

Who You Are:

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and experience with PLC programming is essential. Familiarity with CMMS software and safety standards is also preferred.
