Role Purpose
A Technician Level 1 is responsible for performing all maintenance and repairs to the required manufacturer's standards.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Independently carry out repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Assist and support other team members to complete their assigned tasks.
- Diagnose, analyze, and rectify all types of faults using manufacturer information.
- Maintain required levels of Utilization, Productivity, and Efficiency in line with Manufacturer's standard times.
- Ensure company/manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain professional standards when discussing work with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Provide technical advice to customers and colleagues.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and attend training courses.

Education & Certifications
- High school education.
- Heavy vehicle technician or equivalent manufacturer's qualification.

Required Years Of Experience
Over 8 years’ work experience repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles or equipment.
