• Project Delivery & Site Execution: Lead project managers and implement structured control systems for all ongoing projects.
• Contract Administration & FIDIC Compliance: Ensure compliance with all contractual provisions and manage commercial team interactions related to project timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, alongside 12-18+ years in fit-out/manufacturing operations with a strong focus on project management and FIDIC compliance. Experience in the KSA market is preferred.

• Manage the preparation of cement slurries, additive blending, and lab testing to achieve operational and well integrity goals.

• Supervise pre-job engineering activities and coordinate closely with drilling teams.
• Monitor real-time job performance and make necessary operational adjustments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of cementing operations experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in P&L management within oilfield services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• In-depth technical knowledge of cementing processes.
• Fluency in English.
