About the Production Operator Role

Napco National is seeking a motivated Production Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing, with a focus on efficient and safe operation of machinery to produce high-quality products according to established specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate designated machines efficiently to manufacture products according to pre-set specifications.
• Validate the availability of all required documents, such as JFT and PCC, prior to new job start-up to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Operate machinery in accordance with Work Instructions to ensure safe and sound runnability.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and request support when needed to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Check and relay startup samples to the Section Team Leader for approval before passing them to QC for inspection, ensuring the quality of the startup run.
• Conduct quality inspections according to the self-inspection sheet, sign it, and provide samples to QC for inspection to ensure a quality production run.
• Report any quality defects to QC and the Team Leader so that necessary actions can be taken.
• Request maintenance support for repair tasks from the Team Leader to conduct corrective maintenance.
• Assign tasks to helpers to ensure an organized run and maintain the 5S conditions of assigned machines and the surrounding work area.
• Fill out the daily Production Report and relay it to the Team Leader to document and track all production activities.
• Fill out the Process Control card for new orders and relay it to the Team Leader for approval and system logging to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Generate product and pallet labels to ensure correct details and packing modes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
