About the Role
Join TASNEE, a leading plastic product manufacturer in the Middle East, as an Operator IV in SPC Production based in Dammam, KSA. You will report directly to the Shift Leader and play a critical role in ensuring efficient production operations through skillful machine operation and strict monitoring of machine conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Extruder Operation:
  • Operate Extruder machines following operational procedures.
  • Monitor and record Extruder parameters during production runs.
  • Report any abnormalities related to Extruder machines to your immediate superior.
  • Act as the focal point of line operations to meet product quality and production targets.
  • Maintain personal uniforms and safety PPEs according to corporate standards.
• Bagging Operation:
  • Operate Bagging machines as dictated by the operation procedures.
  • Record daily packed outputs during production runs.
  • Report any abnormalities related to Bagging machines to your immediate superior.
  • Ensure all packed materials meet required standards.
  • Receive and verify issued packaging materials for daily production.
• Raw Material Loading Operation:
  • Handle raw materials as required by operation procedures.
  • Record raw material preparation and loading activities during production runs.
  • Report any abnormalities related to raw material handling equipment to your immediate superior.
  • Receive and verify raw materials issued for daily production.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2nd year college level or Vocational/Technical Course graduate.
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Good background in Extruder operations.
• Ability to understand, read, and write in English.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 25 kgs.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules.
• Strong focus on product quality.
• Good communication and relationship skills.

Being physically fit and capable of working long hours in an outdoor environment is essential. A good command of English and strong interpersonal skills are advantageous.
