Join NAPCO as a Production Operator!
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our production team in Dammam, Eastern province. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate necessary documents before job start-up to reduce downtime and ensure consistency.
  • Operate machinery following work instructions for safety and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and seek support as needed.
  • Perform quality inspections using self-inspection sheets and provide samples for QC approval.
  • Report any quality defects to QC and maintain clear communication with the team leaders.
  • Request maintenance support when required.
  • Assign tasks to Helpers to maintain organization and uphold 5S practices.
  • Complete daily production reports for documentation and tracking.
  • Generate product and pallet labels ensuring accuracy in details.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:
  • Implement health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Attend all company training sessions and actively participate in OH&S activities.
  • Report any unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
  • Ensure all safety precautions are observed before commencing work.
  • Utilize provided PPE and inspect tools and equipment before use.
  • Work in good health and report any health issues to management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or French will be an added advantage).
  • Must hold a valid driving license.
  • Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia and travel extensively within the region.
