Join NAPCO as a Production Operator!
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our production team in Dammam, Eastern province. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate necessary documents before job start-up to reduce downtime and ensure consistency.
Operate machinery following work instructions for safety and efficiency.
Troubleshoot operational issues and seek support as needed.
Perform quality inspections using self-inspection sheets and provide samples for QC approval.
Report any quality defects to QC and maintain clear communication with the team leaders.
Request maintenance support when required.
Assign tasks to Helpers to maintain organization and uphold 5S practices.
Complete daily production reports for documentation and tracking.
Generate product and pallet labels ensuring accuracy in details.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

Implement health and safety procedures at all times.
Attend all company training sessions and actively participate in OH&S activities.
Report any unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
Ensure all safety precautions are observed before commencing work.
Utilize provided PPE and inspect tools and equipment before use.
Work in good health and report any health issues to management.
