About the Role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator – Construction to join our team in Dammam. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring that schedules, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support the use of project management tools (*, MS Project, Primavera, BIM platforms) for scheduling, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Ensure site works comply with design specifications, codes, and municipality regulations.
  • Identify and escalate project risks, delays, or issues early to management for resolution.
  • Use BIM (*, Revit, Navisworks) for coordination, clash detection, and visualization where applicable.
  • Prepare project updates, progress reports, and client presentations, including BIM visuals when required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction project coordination or project management support.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and BIM platforms.
  • Experience using BIM for coordination and reporting is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
