A purchasing specialist is required to work for a leading company in its field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and negotiation with suppliers. The candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing operations efficiently and effectively, ensuring the best prices and quality for the required materials and services. The job holder will perform the following tasks:

• Preparing and implementing purchasing plans according to the company's needs
• Negotiating with suppliers and managing relationships with them
• Analyzing prices and making comparisons between different offers
• Following up on purchase requests from the beginning to final delivery
• Preparing periodic reports on supplier performance and purchasing costs
• Ensuring compliance with approved purchasing policies and procedures
• Contributing to the development of purchasing strategies and improving processes
