• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 57+ years of procurement experience
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership abilities
• Proficient in procurement tools (SAP, SAGE, Oracle)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Strategic Procurement Planning: Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals, conduct spend analyses, and support budget planning.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Source and evaluate suppliers, build and maintain strategic partnerships, and monitor supplier performance.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensure compliance, and mitigate supply risks.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Enforce compliance with policies and handle audit readiness.
- Operational Execution: Manage end-to-end procurement cycles and optimize processes using ERP systems.
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of improvement.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate insights and monitor key performance indicators.
Skills and Qualifications:
