We are seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused professionals who take pride in delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests. As a Reservations Agent, your primary responsibility will be to maintain effective communication regarding all reservations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and confirm guest room reservations made via phone, letter, or fax.
  • Input all reservations into the system, ensuring accurate recording of all pertinent information.
  • Assist with inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
  • Stay updated on all promotions in and around the hotel and follow established procedures for processing reservations.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all correspondence and prepare reports as required by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
  • Promote and retain good public relations to maximize business.
  • Ensure that the room status is accurately maintained at all times.
  • Answer incoming calls according to Rotana standards and ensure timely responses to emails.
  • Organize visa requests for hotel guests in accordance with hotel policy and promote upselling whenever possible.

Education & Experience:
You should possess a diploma or degree in the hospitality field along with prior experience in hotel reservations. Proficiency in computer applications and excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are essential; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
