Retail Audit & Fraud Prevention Executive

About the Role

GMG is seeking a Retail Audit & Fraud Prevention Executive to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on minimizing business losses, mitigating operational risks, and safeguarding company assets. The successful candidate will also identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization within a large retail organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail store audits and report findings comprehensively.
• Lead investigations into incidents, suspected fraud, theft, and other loss prevention matters.
• Gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
• Perform spot checks on cash, safes, lockers, and other areas to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor stocktake results, investigate inventory discrepancies, and collaborate with Inventory and Store Operations teams.
• Assess store risk levels and maintain accurate records of investigation-related recoveries.
• Deliver in-store training to raise awareness of loss prevention and operational risk management.
• Respond to reported incidents and coordinate with internal teams and external authorities as required.
• Support asset verification, store openings and closures, revenue enhancement initiatives, and cost-saving projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree or certification in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Loss Prevention within a large retail organization.
• Relevant certifications in Loss Prevention, Fraud Detection, or Investigation are considered a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of retail audit processes, investigations, fraud detection, and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and data analysis or visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive investigations professionally.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on retail audit and fraud prevention within GMG's operations in the Eastern region.
