Join Support Lines as a Sales Coordinator!
In this full-time role based in Dammam, you will play a critical part in achieving our sales targets by engaging with current clients and acquiring new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • After-Sales Support: Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and offer additional products.
  • Achieving Targets: Meet individual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4 years experience in sales.
