We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and profitability for our paper products. This is an exciting opportunity to acquire new B2B clients and nurture existing key accounts while being part of a well-respected company in the paper recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Design and implement health, safety, environmental, and energy management policies.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for employees on safety protocols and environmental best practices.
  • Risk Assessment: Perform audits and identify potential hazards, developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into safety incidents, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to local and federal regulations through inspections and compliance records maintenance.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans and conduct readiness drills.
