Join Our Team as a Sales Manager!
Hmolat is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operations in the Eastern Region (Dammam). A key role in our ambitious growth strategy, you will be at the forefront of acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving our revenue targets in the land transport brokerage sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement an annual sales plan aligned with company goals, identify target industries, and suggest marketing initiatives to expand market share.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the sales team, set targets, conduct sales meetings, and provide necessary coaching and training.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and represent the company in negotiations.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Pricing Department for competitive quotations and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Performance Analysis: Achieve sales revenue targets, analyze performance, and prepare reports for management.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market developments, provide pricing strategy recommendations, and gather customer feedback.

Required Skills:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, specifically in land transport or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of the Eastern Region’s transport market and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic field environment.
