About the Role:
The Senior Sales Manager will lead the Saudi Arabia Key Account Management team, ensuring maximum performance and accountability. This role demands strong leadership to coach and develop team members while being accountable for the sales pipeline and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Saudi Arabia Key Account Management team and drive their performance.
  • Oversee the Saudi Arabia sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM usage.
  • Identify and develop new customers and strategic opportunities.
  • Prepare and lead business case models and contract negotiations.
  • Conduct technical and commercial presentations to clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for sales execution and strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with a focus on upstream sales.
- Proven leadership capability and experience with sales teams.
- Strong negotiation and strategic skills.
