Join Wesco as an Inside Sales Representative!
As a representative in our Inside Sales team, you will interact with our existing customers to enhance sales of our products and services. Your role will include obtaining, creating, and up-selling orders, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and adding value to the buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain orders through email and telephone, verifying and entering items.
Increase orders by suggesting related items and explaining features.
Own and qualify opportunities from marketing and outside sales.
Identify process improvements for better efficiency.
Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders.
Review open orders and take necessary actions on orders that may be delayed.
Maintain distribution systems and customer notification reports.
Report market trends and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience in sales administration.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems independently.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
