At Al HAYAT ICE COMPANY, we are dedicated to providing top-quality food and beverage products, particularly specializing in pure water and ice production. We are looking for a motivated Driver Sales Representative to play a key role in our sales and delivery operations.

Job Summary:
This position combines direct sales execution with delivery responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily sales and delivery activities within assigned routes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail and modern trade customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility at customer locations.
  • Collect payments and manage invoices.
  • Monitor market conditions and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in driver sales or field sales within the F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail and modern trade channels.
  • Valid driving license (light or heavy vehicle).
  • Effective communication and customer management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with supermarkets and convenience stores.
  • Good time management and route optimization skills.
