About the Sales Representative Role
Caterlink Est is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop a career in sales within the catering equipment sector.

Caterlink Est specializes in providing and maintaining catering equipment. The company offers comprehensive solutions for restaurant projects, hotels, and hospitals across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on delivering quality products and services to the hospitality industry.
Role Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and expanding Caterlink's client base. Key duties include:
- Acquiring new clients and developing business within the designated region.
- Promoting and selling Caterlink's catering solutions.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Preparing sales offers and presentations in collaboration with the Sales and Design team.
- Following up on sales offers and negotiations to finalize contracts.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Preparing and updating sales reports and the client database.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling catering equipment, or to dining outlets, food service, or hospitality outlets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in the English language; Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- The ability to develop business and foster long-term client relationships.
- Capability in preparing and updating sales offers and designs.
- A strong ability to follow up on sales and negotiations through to contract finalization.
- Effective coordination skills with internal departments to ensure project execution and client satisfaction.
- The capacity to achieve sales targets and competition objectives.
