Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable Niceone products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Convey comprehensive and up-to-date product knowledge to customers, both in-person and through digital channels.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, store activities, and product launches to maximize sales impact.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights, sharing valuable information with the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and transactions using our internal systems or CRM tools.

Skills And Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or any sales-oriented environment is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, with English proficiency considered a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with technology – able to use sales applications, POS systems, and mobile tools for customer engagement and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping customers and working as part of a supportive team.
