Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Telesales Specialist based in Dammam. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and train new telesales staff when needed.

Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service and support skills.
