As a Business Development Specialist/Senior Sales Executive, you'll play a critical role in our growth across the Middle East. With a strong focus on land freight forwarding, you will leverage your expertise to drive sales, acquire clients, and manage a robust portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Development & Revenue Growth: Drive sales of land freight forwarding solutions, consistently meet revenue targets, and convert leads into long-term accounts.
  • Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management: Build and manage B2B client relationships, lead the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Market Expansion & Intelligence: Identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activities in the GCC and Middle East.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with operations and customer service to ensure excellent client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Accountability & Ownership: Own the sales pipeline and delivery, working independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Requirements:
  • 37 years of B2B sales experience in land freight forwarding, with preferred exposure to sea and air freight.
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts in GCC and cross-border markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
