At مؤسسة ركن الطبيب التجارية, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales Specialist to develop and implement effective sales policies and strategies. You will be responsible for evaluating sales results, preparing specialized documents and reports while ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study and monitor market developments, establish and refine marketing goals, and sales methods.
  • Estimate expected sales volumes and translate objectives into actionable sales plans.
  • Propose sales policies and future promotional programs based on market analysis.
  • Engage with customers to identify issues and track competitors’ sales programs.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales representatives and recommend corrective measures.
  • Prepare and maintain records and reports related to sales in accordance with established policies.
