We are seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to support our business expansion in Jeddah and Dammam.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring our service continues to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential clients including factories, distributors, freight companies, and carriers.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams.
  • Track sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in logistics, freight, transportation, or marketplace platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
