We are looking for a motivated individual who will report to the Manager of GCC International Trade Services. Your primary responsibility will involve identifying business opportunities, performing market research and analysis, and developing relationships with prospects through meetings, calls, and emails to close profitable deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients through market research and develop access plans.
  • Generate business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, maintaining clear records and reporting on sales efforts.
  • Prepare and submit tenders while negotiating and closing deals.
  • Meet conversion targets for enquiries and client interactions.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
You should have a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field, with at least 5 years of experience (or 10 years with a diploma) in Product Certification within a similar TIC industry.

Required Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Experienced in negotiating and closing sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • CRM Management and Reporting: Accurately manage and update customer data in CRM systems, generating reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for tracking performance and insights.
