In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage the complete supply chain operations within our organization. Your expertise will ensure the efficiency and integrity of our procurement processes, which is critical to delivering high-quality products and services to the Oil & Gas and Energy industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute purchasing requirements as part of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), in compliance with API Spec Q1.
  • Select, qualify, and evaluate vendors based on performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to ARAMCO material requirements and procurement standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with local content requirements (IKTVA) to support Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
  • Manage long-term supply agreements and conduct strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Oversee logistics and customs clearance procedures in Saudi Arabia.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (4-year program).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management role within an API 6A and/or API 6D certified company.
  • Strong skills in procurement software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Set up a local and overseas network of different suppliers.
  • Establish ranking levels to suppliers based on their support during critical times.
  • Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through KPIs.
  • Direct and coordinate global supply chain functions focused on strategy, resource optimization, and profitability maximization.
  • Manage sourcing and procurement activities to meet changing product demand.
  • Collaborate with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments for intercompany transfers.
  • Monitor and correct inventory levels to maximize working capital.
  • Work with freight forwarders and transportation companies to optimize routes and rates.
  • Support the proper use of the ERP system.
  • Report on department KPIs with appropriate analysis and countermeasures.

Desired Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 810 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Professional certificates (MBA, CIPC, CICCM, CPP, CPPM, QMS) are a plus.
