Interaction during holidays and occasions ... etc. It will be published and followed through the TikTok platform and Instagram Reels. Remote work does not require registration with social insurance. Attendance is only required for shooting. The applicant can prepare content for the entire month and shoot it in one day only. It is required to have a talent for creative photography and to follow trends. We only need to shoot 4 - 7 clips monthly. You can share with us samples of your photography.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.

  • Coordinate with logistics for stock management and timely deliveries.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in FMCG or retail.
  • Proven experience in target achievement and team management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license with willingness to travel.
