Warehouse Officer (Supervisory Role)

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Officer to oversee various operations within our facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Maintain effective inventory management through regular cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff, monitoring performance and ensuring departmental targets are met.
  • Oversee documentation and ERP transactions related to goods movement.
  • Ensure that warehouse equipment is maintained and operational.
  • Support initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory accuracy and performance metrics.
  • Implement 5S and safety practices across all operations.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse safety standards.
