About the Role

MABAN is seeking a Real Estate Marketer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within the Sales and Marketing department, focusing on developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building a strong presence in the real estate market and contributing to the company's success by attracting potential clients and fostering relationships with investors.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for real estate projects.
• Market, sell, and lease residential, commercial, industrial properties, and land through various channels.
• Manage advertising and marketing campaigns through official and traditional channels.
• Manage advertisements on real estate platforms and applications.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and create relevant marketing content.
• Receive customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities or facilitate actual sales.
• Organize and conduct property tours for potential clients.
• Build and develop a database of potential clients and investors.
• Study and analyze the real estate market and competitors, and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and transaction results.
• Prepare sales proposals and introductory materials for real estate clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team, management, and stakeholders to close deals.
• Build a strong network within the real estate sector.
• Achieve annual residential and commercial sales and marketing targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A real estate license is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales.
• Strong understanding of the Eastern Province real estate market, preferably within the Eastern Province.
• Proficiency in using real estate platforms and traditional marketing tools.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs and prepare reports and presentations.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
• Must reside in Dammam or have experience in the city.
