Join Saudi Aramco as a Financial Planning & Performance Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Performance Management Analyst to enhance our Finance & Performance Management (F&PM) division for Petroleum Engineering & Development (PE&D). Aramco is a leading global energy company, dedicated to maximizing the value of energy and enhancing societal benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare Business Plans and Accountability reports.
  • Perform variance analysis and resolve issues related to financial performance.
  • Supervise daily operations within the Compliance Unit.
  • Identify compliance issues and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Document key processes and develop reporting systems.
  • Prepare information memorandums and proposals as a Subject Matter Expert.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree in business, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or performance management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems like SAP.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certification (CMA, CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report-writing capabilities.
