Role Overview:
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for attracting top talent to support our growing business needs. You will manage the recruitment team and enhance our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company objectives.
  • Supervise the recruitment team, fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Enhance recruitment systems and processes.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track KPIs such as Time-to-Hire and Quality of Hire.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and professional networks.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in a recruitment role.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in English and strong computer literacy.
  • Experience in fast-growing industries preferred.
