Role Responsibilities:
As a Service Sales Engineer, you will support various sales activities for our service agreements and aftermarket business, including:

Preparing quotations or proposals and following up on service sales inquiries.
Leading negotiations to achieve optimal profit margins.
Managing and developing existing customer relationships to support revenue growth.
Providing professional proposals and technical support related to digitalized services.
Developing a thorough understanding of the company’s products to present suitable options to clients.

Minimum Requirements:
We require candidates to have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an MBA.
2-5 years of relevant experience in selling service contracts.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
