We are a leading real estate company known for urban development and construction excellence in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the tele-sales team:
    • Recruit and train tele-sales representatives on persuasive techniques and customer interactions.
    • Set and monitor sales goals to achieve targets.
    • Provide continuous guidance to ensure professionalism in communication with potential clients.
  • Develop sales strategies:
    • Design marketing strategies that meet the targeted real estate market.
    • Enhance call scripts to attract customers and close deals.
    • Analyze sales data to create performance improvement plans.
  • Customer engagement and deal closure:
    • Establish strong relationships with potential clients through phone communication.
    • Understand client needs and present suitable real estate offers.
    • Negotiate with clients and close sales via phone or arrange visits to the projects.
  • Market research and analysis:
    • Monitor real estate market trends and changes in prices and competitive offers.
    • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market needs.
  • Enhance customer service:
    • Ensure excellent customer service and increase client satisfaction with the project.
    • Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Manage customer database to ensure ongoing communication and follow-ups.
  • Achieve sales targets:
    • Develop and implement plans to increase conversion rates from calls to sales.
    • Track sales representatives' performance and ensure they meet monthly and annual targets.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-sales in real estate.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to analyze the market and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to track clients and manage deals.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.
