We are looking for a passionate branch manager to work at Al-Othaim Mall in the Al-Rabwa neighborhood in Hafr Al-Batin. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervising daily activities and ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Conducting regular meetings with staff to discuss challenges and provide support.
  • Distributing tasks to the team and training them to ensure good performance.
  • Addressing complaints and issues related to children and their families.
  • Effectively managing the budget and resources.

  • Ability to work with numbers and reports.
  • Negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent use of Excel/Google Sheets.
