We are looking for a person with good communication skills and the ability to interact with patients in a kind and professional manner. In this role, you will be responsible for many vital tasks, including:
  • Interviewing patients and registering their personal information and health insurance details if available.
  • Identifying appointment schedules and patients' immediate needs.
  • Filling out forms and entering data into the automated system and hospital information network.
  • Completing financial transactions and arranging appointment queues.
  • Referring patients to the required clinics.
  • Preparing daily reception, emergency, and clinic reports.

  • a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Health Services Administration, or Health Information Management.
  • At least one year of experience in hospital reception.
