  • Following up on projects and coordinating with the engineering team.
  • Organizing files and preparing reports.
  • Following up on customer appointments and workflow.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative coordination or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in engineering or real estate offices is preferred.
